Please include a bill of lading, or other shipping documents such as an airbill / waybill or a commercial invoice, if possible. Notarizations can be done at GLI for a $15 fee for non-investors. The Certificate of Origin and the Affidavit must be notarized before GLI will certify the documents. This affidavit releases GLI from any liability with regards to the origination of the goods.
